Immunization Information
Immunize! Texas State law requires students attending school to be immunized against certain vaccine-preventable diseases.

Texas Sales Tax Holiday Aug. 11 - 13
Shoppers can save money on certain items priced under $100 during the state's annual sales tax holiday, including most clothing, footwear, school supplies and backpacks. As in previous years, the law exempts most clothing, footwear, school supplies and backpacks priced under $100 from sales and use taxes, which could save shoppers about $8 on every $100 they spend.

All sales of qualifying items made during the holiday period qualify for the exemption, including items sold online, or by telephone or mail. Lay-away plans can be used again this year to take advantage of the sales tax holiday.

Transportation Information
Transfinder is an online route locator. Type in your address and your child's bus number, bus arrival time and school information will be given. If you have any questions or your address does not appear you may contact the office at 830-372-4420.
School Supplies Available
School supplies will be distributed to families in need with students enrolled in Seguin ISD schools on Aug. 12, 10:00 a.m.-2 p.m. at Hillcrest Church. Basic supplies for prekindergarten through sixth grade will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.

The supplies are made possible through community donations from the local Pack the Bus drive sponsored by the Seguin Lions Clubs of Seguin and Seguin ISD.

To qualify for the free school supplies, one must be on a government assistance program (such as the Lone Star program or free/reduced price lunch) or be able to show need. Documentation must be presented. Those with special circumstances or who are new to the district will not be turned away.
Attendance Zones
School attendance zones are lines drawn around public schools to define which households attend them. The maps below will help determine which Elementary or Middle School your child should attend.
